Rain Garden Information

3283 Pinch Rd., Lebanon, PA 17042
Clarence Schock Memorial Park at Governor Dick is an 1105 acre park with 14 miles of trails, an observation tower, and an Environmental Education Center. In 2010 the Park received a grant to construct a rain garden. It is approximately 1500 SF and is planted with all native plants from the large American Holly to the smaller grasses and perennials. This garden is an excellent example of how a rain garden can be incorporated into a home landscape and will be an added feature in our educational programs.
